Couples have the entire property to themselves and their guests for three days. Host your rehearsal dinner, ceremony, and reception all at our stunning lakeside location at the head of Fourth Lake in Inlet, NY. You'll have plenty of time to relax, celebrate, and soak in every moment with family and friends.
Pricing
For $12,000 the property is exclusively yours for 3 nights: Thursday, Friday, & Saturday
Extended Stays
Many couples prefer to arrive early with their bridal party, or stay after the festivities are complete to enjoy some down time. Stay as long as you'd like at The Birches! You can reserve the entire property for an additional night for only $2,000, or by individual cabin.
Accomodations
The Birches sleeps up to 50 guests in luxurious comfort and can host up to 150 guests for the ceremony and reception.​​
Check-In & Check-Out
Check- In & Check-Out are both at 12pm on your arrival and departure dates.
For your convenience we utilize self-check-in so that the cabins are open and ready for you upon your arrival.​
Vendor Setup
​Vendors can begin setting up any time after 12pm the day you check in.
Payments & Process
We require 25% deposit to reserve a wedding weekend. Payment in full is due 2 months before the day of arrival and are non-refundable.​
